About the Role

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in banking and finance?

We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced financial services environment. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in banking, finance, operations, customer service, or a related field.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to support lending operations, process transactions, review documentation, and help deliver exceptional service across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Review loan applications and supporting documentation

✅ Respond to internal inquiries via phone and email

✅ Track loan requests and provide status updates

✅ Process and reconcile financial transactions

✅ Identify and communicate missing documentation

✅ Maintain accurate records and operational reports

✅ Collaborate with teams across banking and operations

✅ Learn multiple functions and provide cross-team support

✅ Assist with special projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree Required
