The New York State Youth Justice Institute (YJI) is seeking a student for our YJI Scholar Internship Program to produce avatars for members of the Youth Justice Peer Advisory Council (PAC). The ideal candidate will be interested in youth justice research, have prior exposure to/training about producing digital artistic representations of people. Support/training will be provided about the project’s specific systems, however a baseline familiarity is required. Please provide a small portfolio of work for review. Those with a major or minor in various artistic disciplines are encouraged to apply. MA or MS students are preferred.
