In partnership with our customers we design, develop and manufacture a diverse range of essential medical technology solutions that support disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment. We are expanding and due to the growth of the company we are seeking to hire 2 experienced CNC machine operators with turn/mill or lathe with live tools experience & 2 Swiss Operators for both shifts.

CNC Machine Operators will perform a variety of Machinist related tasks such as:
- Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection)
- Change tools
- Make offsets
- Load material and remove scrap.
- Fill out various paperwork.
- Simultaneous operation of multiple machines
- Minor troubleshooting
- Part inspection
Qualifications:
- Turn/mill or lather with live tools experience needed
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of measuring instruments.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.)
- Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Swiss Screw Machines is preferred. (Tornos, Star, Citizen)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude
Education:
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
