As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure processes meet the applicable standards, and ensure products meet customer expectations. You’ll identify and troubleshoot quality issues and implement effective and sustainable corrective actions to eliminate those issues. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing quality costs by delivering high-quality products.
Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)
- Supporting the quality inspection process and troubleshooting problems that affect product quality.
- Participating in internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and notified body / ISO audits.
- Facilitating the CAPA process, driving for root cause and effective, sustainable corrective actions.
- Updating quality metrics and analyzing data to steer improvement efforts.
- Participating in cross-functional continuous improvement efforts, including kaizen events, problem-solving process, and 5S.
- Supporting the Customer Service Team with customer requests and warranty issues.
Requirements
- Possess certification of training to conduct internal audits.
- Have experience working with ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot electronics and PCBA’s.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate effective communications within the team, across business units, and with customers.
Education
- Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical field.
