Midwest focuses on the valuation, acquisition and management of commercial credit obligations throughout the United States. Since 1996, Midwest has managed in excess of $8 billion in portfolio investments on behalf of its clients and for its own account.
Midwest seeks to add one Commercial Credit Analyst / Senior Underwriter to its professional staff in its Rochester, New York office. Responsibilities include:
- Analysis and review of commercial loan portfolio;
- analyzing commercial credit situations across a variety of industries, geographies and performance levels;
- business and real estate financial statement analysis;
- business and commercial real estate valuation;
- formulating appropriate transaction structures and workout strategies; and
- preparation of loan portfolio valuation models
- committee credit loan presentation
