Holy Family Service Corps is currently seeking candidates for Fall 2024 to serve in our Journey of Hope program. Serve with unaccompanied minors primarily from Central and South America. This is a combine role as Youth Care Worker and Teaching Assistant. Applicants must be willing to co-teach. The Teaching Fellow will focus on the educational needs of the students who hope to become citizens of the USA.
Attend masters level classes at Duquesne University or Carlow University and acquire a master’s degree in your area of focus, 30 credits tuition-free. Teaching Fellows commit to living simply in intentional community for the duration of the two years in the Holy Family Service Corps program. Or they can live on their own. Share an evening at lease once-a-week with fellow members. Through seminars, coursework, faith sharing, retreats, and weekly community nights, learn about and grow in the Catholic faith and the Mission of Holy Family Institute and the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth’s mission and charism.
