The institute teaches skills that NACE (National Association of Colleges & Employers) state are essential to career success! Skills such as Career & Self Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Technology.

The Institute includes:

-Goldman Sachs Office Site Visits (Albany, NY & NYC Offices)
-Resume Writing
– Interviewing Skills
– Networking Skills
– Intercultural Fluency
– Financial Literacy
– Goldman Sachs Company Culture
-Capstone Project to Present at Goldman Sachs NYC!

Each Class Session Week Includes:
– Lunch
– Career Readiness Education
– Activities

Each Exploration Week Includes:
– Activities w/ Remote Alumni Mentor
– Site Visit(s) to Goldman Sachs

Institute Runs:

1:30pm – 5pm:

9/6; 9/20; 9/27; 10/18; 10/25; 11/8
