Our Summer Staff positions are for college aged individuals desiring to put their faith into action by leading home repair based mission trips for Middle School & High School youth groups. Summer Staff spend their days leading on a mission site – whether that is roofing, building a wheelchair ramp or leading VBS (staff are trained on all of this, no previous construction knowledge is required). Staff lead chapel services each evening, and connect with Middle and High School students. Staff live in community with other college students in a new-to-them community for the duration of the summer.
