One of our clients—an influencer‑marketing agency that is currently scaling—needs help creating dashboards on Power BI that turn scattered data into sharp strategy.
Role Overview
Your mission is to build, refine, and own Power BI dashboards that surface the KPIs driving creator campaigns, paid‑social spend, and sales funnels. You’ll connect raw data sources, visualize trends, and highlight insights that shift weekly budgets.
You’ll work directly with the agency’s founder to generate insights from the data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate end‑to‑end Power BI reports fed by social‑platform APIs, Google Sheets, CRM exports, ad data and more.
- Define and calculate metrics.
- Automate refresh schedules (Gateway, Power Automate, or custom scripts) and document each step.
- Partner with strategists to A/B test hypotheses and quantify lift.
Must‑Haves
- Experience building end‑to‑end Power BI dashboards.
- Working knowledge of DAX, relationships, and star schema modeling.
- Able to commit ~8 flexible hours per week (U.S. time zones preferred).
- Relentless curiosity, speed, and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
- Must be a fast learner, proactive, and quick on your feet.
Bonus Points
- Experience wrangling influencer, TikTok/Meta, or Shopify data.
- SQL, Python, or API scripting comfort.
- Prior agency or creator‑economy exposure.
