About the Fellowship
The Commercial Sales Fellowship Program is an 18-month rotational program designed to develop early-career talent into future commercial sales leaders. Targeted toward recent graduates with a four-year degree, the program provides hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle through three six-month rotations in Prospecting & Deal Development, Solutioning & Commercial Strategy, and Account Management.
Fellow will support real business initiatives while building skills in pipeline development, client solution design, and account growth. Through mentorship, project work, and exposure to Sodexo’s commercial strategy, the program helps build a strong pipeline of future sales talent while supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Employment Consideration
While this fellowship offers meaningful exposure to Sodexo’s strategic initiatives and commercial operations, there is no guarantee of a permanent position at the conclusion of the program. However, efforts will be made to support Fellows in exploring employment opportunities within Sodexo, including networking, mentorship, and visibility with hiring teams across the organization.
