Marketing Intern

Idea Elan LLC is one of the fastest growing Enterprise SaaS Software product companies. We are seeking a target oriented Summer Marketing and Support intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, good at content creation and marketing skills. Candidates who have prior experience in digital marketing and online content creation have a big plus. Candidates should be able to write and create content for websites, case study and more using Canva and other digital tools. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment while keeping a positive attitude.

Location: Work from home (within the US)
Key Responsibilities:
● Digitally Market our products through several marketing tools.
● Should be good in creating digital marketing material using Figma, Canva and more.
● Video/Audio recording of software specs and functionality for training.
Required Experience and Qualification:
● 0-1 years of software sales experience.
● 0-1 years of end user software support and/or training experience required
● Ideal to have experience using any software product.
● Knowledge in LinkedIN marketing and other social marketing is a big plus.
● Experience in MS Office, Zoom, Monday.com or any other customer support ticket software.
● Ability to work in a team environment managing multiple tasks at one time
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Should be tech savvy and be willing to learn new software.
● No programming knowledge is required.
Education:
● Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,000.00 per month
