POSITION SUMMARY: Proactively manage and optimize the company social media channels and websites. Monitor evolving platform capabilities as well as consumer trends to bring insights and recommendations for company. Consistently enhance our presence across all platforms in order to deliver compelling stories that create loyal consumer and trade engagement.
KEY* RESPONSIBILITIES*:
Responsible for driving social media planning and promotion
Ensure brands are well-represented digitally and on all social media platforms through best of class community management / customer service
Prepare timely appropriate responses to Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram comments and posts
Create social media advertising campaigns with designated audience targeting
Coordinate cross functional employee group of “social ambassadors” to capture content from day-to-day operations that could be relevant for posting
Generate, organize, and manage all written, image-based, and other content, with attention to tone, brand guidelines, and other general outreach initiatives on social media platforms such as (but not limited to) Twitter, Instagram, blog, YouTube, Google+ and Facebook
With guidance from Marketing leadership, manage Influencer programs for each brand
Track and record engagement data stats for all email marketing campaigns
Contribute to a team that develops and implements new marketing strategies that are deadline oriented
