Business Job & Internship Fair – (FALL 2026) – Career and Professional Development

The Office of Career & Professional Development would like to invite you to the Business Job & Internship Fair (Fall 2026), being held on Wednesday, September 09, 2026, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, in the Campus Center Ballroom, located on the University at Albany Uptown (Main) Campus. The Fair is an annual recruiting event attended by our students and alumni.

10:00 am – 11:00 am – Accessible & Inclusive Networking Hour

11:00 am – 3:00 pm – Traditional Career Fair Hours

*Please note: The first hour of the fair offers a low-sensory, reduced-traffic environment designed to support students with disabilities and those who prefer a quieter setting. This is a valuable time for employers, especially those with disability friendly hiring practices, to connect meaningfully with candidates.

The rates will be $450 for Staffing/3rd Party employers, $350 for corporate, and $180 for government and non-profit. All payment information will be included at the bottom of your invoice, which you will receive upon approval of your registration. The non-refundable fee can be paid by check or credit card. Please include an additional $35 per person if more than two people will represent your organization. There will be a late fee of $50 if you register after the registration deadline.

There will be NO electric hookups. Wireless access is available (although not guaranteed), and the instructions and password will be placed at your table and can be found at the employer check-in table. Parking and lunch are included in the registration fee, as is a 6’ x 2½’ table. Please limit the size of your display accordingly. The Fair location will be available to attending companies for set-up beginning at 8:30 am and will be open to students between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm (Neurodiverse Hour: 10 am – 11 am). Employers not taking part in the Neurodiverse Hour can set up their booth from 8:30 am – 9:45 am, then proceed to the Assembly Hall for Coffee/Tea and light refreshments. If you arrive after 9:45 pm, you may check in, but you will be escorted to the Assembly hall until the regular career fair hours begin.
