New York StateWatch Virtual Information Session

Join the Rockefeller College Office of Career Development as we welcome New York StateWatch to share information about their organization as well as internship and graduate fellowship opportunities available. New York State Watch is a reporting service that provides lobbyists, advocates, and other interested parties a digital platform that shares real-time updates on committee meetings, public hearings, press conferences and legislative sessions at the State Capitol. They also provide a unique analytical component to their services that allows lobbyists and advocates to better understand which representatives are voting for and against a bill, which assists them with making informed decisions in their future work. They are looking for passionate graduate and undergraduate students who are interested in state government operations, have strong writing skills and are passionate about public policy for the Spring 2026 semester. Come meet with Shane King, Chief Operating Officer, Matt Mirro, Capital Reporter and Lynn Halliburton, Legislative Coordinator as they share valuable insight into their internship opportunity. Please note the graduate position is paid and the undergraduate internship is for course credit. Undergraduate Internship (credit-bearing) posting HereGraduate Fellowship (paid) posting Here Join Zoom Meetinghttps://albany.zoom.us/j/82040389448Meeting ID: 820 4038 9448—One tap mobile+16465588656,,82040389448# US (New York)+16469313860,,82040389448# US
