All industry-focused fairs will have an inclusive & accessible networking hour from 10am-11am. This will create a low-sensory environment with reduced traffic to support students with disabilities and those who prefer a quieter setting.
Some additional tips to help with the career fair:
- Bring a discreet fidget tool to keep your hands busy
- Consider wearing noise-reducing headphones (in-ear recommended) to manage noise volume
- Check the venue layout on Handshake to locate your targeted employers
- Take breaks outside the ballroom when needed
