You can help students grow in this area by:
- Incorporate different communication styles in assignments (IE- oral presentations, written papers, group projects, discussion boards)
- Encourage studnets to use Big Interview to sharpen their interview communication skills
- Discuss in 1-1 converstions what strong communication looks like in the work force
