Please describe the experiences that have made you a Career Ready Great Dane:
I have seized every opportunity afforded to me to grow professionally and serve the communities around me. On campus, I served as a Student Leader for the EOP Summer Program, an RA, a TA for math, and a PR Manager for the Chess Club. Off campus, I’ve volunteered as a Digital Navigator Assistant helping community members from underserved backgrounds with technology at the local library. Currently, I am the President of the EOP Student Association and an Academic Resource Mentor as well as social media marketing for SUNY EOP, managing campaigns that reach students statewide. I’ve launched my own social media marketing business and plan to scale that after graduation.
Advice for other Great Danes: Try to extend past your comfort zone. Your standards for yourself will begin to raise causing you to become the version of yourself that you want to be.
